Oh dear. I'm going to be up all night. |
|
Half a vike plus half a beer have a way of doing that. And I always forget that they do. :P

at the rate they destroy the fake ones, i don't think i could get the blood out of the carpet if they ever went after real ones.
just yesterday, socks was playing with one, which inexplicably landed on the built-in console in the living room - 3 feet up and 6 feet away. the only reason i spotted it is that he went after it after he, er, got it up there.
he's a very talented kitty. :P

kitty climbers are amazing sometimes
me, i have a doggie climber, not so talented or graceful
i'd like to let your kitties go a few rounds with her and teach her a lesson, she's tiny, a small sheltie, and she needs a good whoopin'!
and a bunch of cats giving it to her, i'd pay to watch that! :spray:

6. oh, he's got the climbing thing figured out |
|
and at 20.999lbs, it's a sight and a half.
no, it's the *throwing* thing i wish i'd seen. he did not accompany the mouse on its flight. he threw it up there, then lost sight of it and jumped up on the opposite side of the console looking for it.
i don't think your wonderful doggie would emotionally or psychologically survive being schooled by that horde - which includes a 7 lb cat nicknamed "She Flies!". :D

7. That would be kind of the point |
|
to break her emotionally, she isn't "wonderful" but that kind of kitty hazing would be a good thing, eh? I mean for the dog in the long run, it would do something to her, she wouldn't be the same :P that would have to be good
I kid, the doggie is a pain, she will eat anything, and everything, and therefore she makes herself sick, and she spends a lot of time in the house and it has to be cleaned up. :grr:
She's still I guess a "pup" but she is very nearly about to use up ALL of her cuteness credits and then it might be open season! :hi:

there's a difference between 'training' and 'traumatizing'...
Seeing as the humans in this house have been *totally* housebroken by the hordes, I give doggie...zero chance. Sorry she's such a pain.

8. Three Vike EXes tonight plus a LOT more than half a beer. And I'm up as well. |
|
Though that's not cause + effect on my part; there are other factors at work as well.
But I commiserate with you anyway; if you ingested that combination because of pain, I'd suggest a supplemental dose of one or the other.

on an empty stomach, which is the part I forgot.
Pinched nerve (to the point of agonizing paralysis) in my left shoulder over the weekend - much better now, but still owie. Minor compared to your situation.
Maybe the other half of the vike before I go to bed - or decide to pull an all-nighter perforce.

13. No, don't do the all-nighter. Please. I'm listening to the morning birds starting to |
|
chirp outside, and that tells me it's time to try to sleep again.
You need to do so as well. Do it for me if for no other reason, OK?
Tomorrow, as they said in that movie, is another day. Let's you and I close this day out, OK?

I'll go get the nice electric thermal wrap I bought for the shoulder and go stretch. That should put me out.
Try to get some rest too. :)

10. May I suggest to you as a friend that it might be time for you to go to bed? |
|
It really might be a good idea for you to do so.
Again, I'm suggesting this as a friend. And I'm suggesting it rather strongly.
