Sniffa just called...He's in a bomb scare...
The construction site where he's working got cleared. A lunchbox was thrown up on a statue or something. At last report, the bomb squad guy picked it up, and was still intact. :)

Ah, the age of terra....Sniffa wanted to pick it up himself, b/c 'hey, there might be a good sandwich in there!' :eyes:

:)

3. I think it's kinda cool that he won't let this ruin his day

Statistically speaking, bomb scares are usually just "scares" anyway.

(Of course, I understand when it's someone you love who may be in harms way...)

5. Yes, he's good like that
He's got a pretty cool head about stuff like this, which I can appreciate. :)

But yeah, for a second there, I was worried...He just wanted me to turn on the tv and see if I could see him on the news, actually :P

4. Glad he's handling it well
We used to have bomb scare evacuations on a pretty regular basis at my high school, so I'm not one to get worked up about them either.

We were talking about going camping when he's out here, but he's worried about tarantulas. There are no tarantulas in Northern California ferfuxsake. But I'm designated arachnid relocation officer for our trip just in case some parachute in or something.

Leftover food is kinda a foreign concept with us together, since we both cook (and eat) with the best of them.

29. Ha ha reminds me of something Mr. Debi did just this past weekend
We drove up to our mailbox and I took the mail out. Along with the mail was a 1 inch or so black spider. He dropped onto my stomach from the mail. I mentioned it to Mr. Debi (a little shaky since I'm not a fan of spiders just dropping out of wherever onto me) and he did what all manly-men would do. He tried to hit it w/his fist. Unfortunately his fist wasn't fast enough for the spider but much faster than me...Mr. Debi punched me in the stomach :wow:!!! The spider is still at large in the interior of our car :scared:. Yes, I have recoverd from the beating ;)
