Did anybody watch the documentary "The Bridge" last night?
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0799954/

I remember when it was being filmed and there was some outrage about it and then i didn't hear any more about the film. I watched it last night, it was either on IFC or Sundance and i thought it was fascination and yes sad and a bit disturbing.

2. ok i won't. it was really interesting, as many times as i've walked over that bridge
and driven over it i never really thought about how so many people are there on vacation or just walking over it to get to work and just going bout the business of living all the while someone is there about to go over that rail.

3. I read an article about it a few weeks back
It just sounds fascinating to me, both the concept and the disturbing reality behind it. :hi:

6. Yeah, I watched it a few weeks back
I REALLY liked it.

Very tastefully done and powerful. And the visuals of those people jumping... wow.

9. I was struck by the mother of the long haired guy
And how resigned she was to the fact that it was going to happen. She loved him, but sensed that he was never going to escape how he felt.

All she asked from him was that he call her and say goodbye before he did it.

Amazing film.
