i bought Loreal sublime glow self tanner in medium and i've been using it for 4 days, my legs are now the same color as my arms, should i stop using it now, does this stuff get progressively darker or start turning orange? I'm only using it on my legs because they were scary white.

1. I've used that same brand--it gets a little darker, but not orange (not on me, anyway).
If you stop using it, it fades off pretty quickly. The Olay kind is pretty good, too--the new ones that are moisturizer based are much more goof-proof than the previous generation of self-tanners.

2. yes it is a good moisturizer, it's almost worth it just for that feature alone.

3. I use Lancome
You need to replenish it about every third day.

5. If you like the color you've achieved...
you should only need to use it once or twice a week to maintain the color. If you use it too often, it WILL look weird and unnatural.

I'm not much for self-tanning anymore (more trouble than it's worth), but I did use and like the L'Oreal. I've also used Clinique, and that's a good one too.

6. i almost never wear shorts but i had on a pair the other day and my legs were
so freaking white, like a rand mcnally road atlas, it was not pretty. I also try and avoid the sun as much possible and wear sunblock everyday, even in the winter i always have at least an spf15 on my face.

9. I am trying to relearn my thinking.
As in, there is nothing "not pretty" about white legs. I am learning to stop fighting my skin's natural coloring, and if my legs want to be white, they'll be white.

7. I received a sample of Dove's Energy Glow Tanner/Moisterizer
On Tuesday and am already looking tan today. It doesn't smell like the old self-tanners and it didn't turn my skin orange. I think I'll stop for the weekend and then use it once every couple of days from here on out (oh, and buy a bottle of it...this was a free sample that worked!)
