Ug...I've just ended one of the busiest weeks I've had in a long time. Everything went fine but I often find it hard to decompress...I get wound up and can't seem to wind down even when everything is complete...I keep feeling as though there's something I'm forgetting something I should be doing but there's nothing....it's like having an itch I can't scratch and it makes it really hard to focus on anything.
I repeat...Ug...I hate this feeling.
I remember the worst case was right after Officer Training school where they give you 49 hours of stuff to do every 24 hour period, which went on for several months, I got married right after graduating from OTS and immediately went on a honeymoon with my wife.
I COULD NOT relax once my wife fell asleep each night I would be laying there staring up at the dark ceiling unable to close my eyes or stop my mind from random but hectic wonderings.

3. Will your wife give you a nice massage? That might help you relax |
