1. I'm a Yankee fan but did you realize this coincidence

that the New York Yankees last won a world series under a Republican president in 1958. That appears correct, the Yankees have not won a world series under a Republican president since they beat the Braves in 7 games in 1958. The rest of the world series wins came in years that we had a Democrat in the White House. The last world series the Yankees won came in 2000 with Bill Clinton in the White House. Under Bush, nada. Now this poses an interesting coincidence.
