Carolina Moon cheese, small loaf of fresh-baked blueberry bread, baby red-skinned potatoes, pink brandywine tomatoes, and 4 basil plants for the garden.

I finally got myself to the Farmer's Market this morning!

It's a happening scene and people were have much fun. There were even sing-alongs for kids on the lawn being led by a nice lady with a guitar.

And this year there are 2 vendors selling local non-antibiotic beef already vacuum packed and ready to take home.

I go to my local Farmer's Market on Wednesday. The fruits and vegetables I buy last a lot longer than the stuff I usually buy at the store.
