For barbecue (low and slow cooking) as opposed to grilling (which I love, too). You know---12 hour briskets, that kind of thing. And even tho I'm in frosty DC, I'm gonna put that sucker to use...!

You don't have to tend it quite as much as with grilling, so I can be inside most of the time (I hope!). Of course what do I know, I'm totally new to this...
