have any of you begun preparations for January 2009? Planning a party or a get-away?
My sister and I have spoken of treating ourselves to a spa retreat to refresh our spirits and cleanse our minds. Series!

I can't believe that there aren't any plans going on. I feel like it is an eternity until 1/09 - but I certainly want to do something to celebrate * leaving the WH. Hopefully we won't have to wait until January '09, but I'll take what we can get.

that I'm only hoping we make it that far. It will be a great feeling though! ..I mean, when I let myself imagine it..
That's just me though, and I ought to have more faith in everyone, I know a lot of people all over the world are looking forward to that moment, the moment it ends :party:

i almost feel as if i've never lived without these evil monsters in my life. i am sooo looking forward to that wonderful day (whenever it comes)! i'd like to see them taken out in legirons and handcuffs myself.
champagne corks will certainly be popping. my sis and i are really discussing the spa, yoga, etc. to begin the healing.

4. aarrgghhhhhh .....

i'm addressing the agonizing mental aspects this F'd-up administration has caused. i'm trying to put aside (for the time being) all of the hard work that is going to take place in the next year and a half and think of that ONE DAY when the asshats will be leaving 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.

Seems like it will never get here.

Who knows what my work/school/life schedule will be then?

I'll do something special to celebrate (esp. if somebody cool is being inaugurated) but I have no idea what yet.

7. I swear .....

I have to concentrate on 'that day' to get through the next year and a half. Hopefully the bastards will be long gone before then, but I decided a while back to begin thinking positively and planning for a celebration.
Don't you think treating oneself to a yoga, spa-like retreat would be wonderful? We all need a body/soul cleansing after these foul creatures are gone.
