and the driver was really creepy looking. :scared:

6. There is an obnoxious ice cream truck that makes the rounds here ...

... and all I can think of, fairly or not, is "child molester." I hope I'm wrong, but the truck and driver creep me out.

7. When we first moved here, it was an old fashioned truck with an old

driver guy.

This one is new, it's a van, with a creepy driver. booooo. :(

8. I did see a cool ice cream truck on Pimp My Ride ...

... and that driver looked normal. But around here the one driver leers out the window a bit much to suit my tastes. Plus the entire playing music loud enough to raise the dead thing.

but I love when the truck comes up my street. I always get something. I got a SnoCone and an ice cream bar last week! YUMMY! :bounce:

10. Chased down our first ice cream truck of the season yesterday!

'Round these parts any and all ice cream trucks are called "Skippy" because that was the brand when I was little. Funny thing is, I heard a little kid shout out "Skippy's here!" when the ice cream truck came down my mom's street. Some things never change! Well, except for the price. Christ a'mighty, whatever happened to putting a quarter in your sneaker before you went out to play, in preparation for Skippy's ding-ding-ding later in the day? Damned nutty buddy I bought for my kid yesterday cost $1.75!

14. My poor kids.

Raised in the sticks - clueless. I will never forget the first time we were in town visiting friends and the ice cream truck came into the neighborhood. Everybody started with :woohoo::woohoo: "The ICE CREAM MAN THE ICE CREAM MAN MOM GIMME SOME MONEY WAIT WAIT:woohoo::woohoo: THE ICE CREAM MAN THE ICE CREAM MAN" including me. My kids just looked around :wtf:

15. We've lived here since, I was about 18, I think? And this was the

first place I'd ever seen an actual Ice Cream Truck. I knew they were around, just never seen one before. :o

17. I rushed out ot one this weekend to get some Ice Cream

But all the driver had was frozen water type treats. I asked for an Ice Cream Sandwich and the young lady driving said something about 'Health Regulations' and they would not sell anymore real Ice Cream.
