Me? I love waffles, but nothing beats pancakes on a cold day. MMMMMMMHMMMMM.

French toast is way yummier than either waffles or pancakes, IMO. Especially with fresh strawberries.

4. Usually Belgian waffles, but...

if it's pancakes, I'll add something to them after ladling them onto the skillet, like chocolate chips, or thinly sliced apples. Yum!

with a thin slice of ham on top, two over-easy eggs on top of that, add syrup, and...yeah!

or, as a variant, waffles with fresh sliced strawberries and whipped cream, with some strawberry syrup thrown in for good measure.

Shaped like Texas, and it's just so damn good. Every real Texan should eat at least one Carbon's Golden Waffle, which means George W. Bush shouldn't even bother.

Most of the time, however, I'm all about the pancakes. Buttermilk or pecan will work for me.
