I never thought I'd get here. When I signed up in 2003 I was so shy, I lurked for months before I worked up the nerve to respond to somebody. It didn't help that I was in General Discussion. I was awed by all the divergent points of view.

One day, I wandered into the lounge. And the rest, as the saying goes, was history. Ya'll are a bunch of nuts! But you're my kinda nuts. You have all been there for me when I was barely there for myself.

Through thick and thin, happiness and sorrow, we are all here for each other. And I wouldn't have it any other way. You guys are like family.

My 6000th post! A toast to the lounge, and the people who hang here. :toast:
