Cat attacking my hawk....what should I do?

2. In a similar vein

on Easter Sunday we were driving home from church and a hawk was in the road struggling with a rat. The rat was moving and when the hawk saw us he (she?) flew straight up, but the weight, I guess, affected his judgment and splat! Hawk on the windshield. And rat. The really creepy thing was that there was an outline of the hawk AND the rat on the glass. You could see the hawk's eye and wings and even the rat's tail.

But the big moment of the day was when the 18 month-old sweet child in her Easter dress said "Holy Shit!"

We are trying to curtail our language a bit now.
