Back Aids for Driving -- need help finding.

I get lower back pain while driving. I know there are a lot of aids out there. Please tell me if you use one and what works for you. And where to find these aids on the internet. There are so many and I don't know where to go.

I know how it's best to sit, but I've been sitting wrong for so long that it's hard to change my habit. Plus my car seat is barely adjustable besides back and forth (distance to steering wheel).

I appreciate your input!
