Police: Body Found In Home Had Stab Wound To Face

"The body of a woman found in a Cleveland home Wednesday afternoon died of blunt force trauma to the head, strangulation and a stab wound to face, police said.

Police said the body was found around 2:30 p.m. at the home at East 106th Street and Union.

Violence is suspected in the unidentified female's death.

Police and the coroner's office are conducting an investigation.

No one has been arrested."

There are so many mundane, run-of-the mill reasons for a person who died of blunt force trauma to the head, strangulation and a stab wound to the face. Why, I can think of dozens of reasons that don't involve violence.

No doubt what happened was the poor soul was chopping vegetables for dinner, slipped, bashed her head on the countertop, flailed about and accidently stabbed her face and got tangled in an electrical cord on the way down.

Perfectly simple.
