I've just gotten so far in debt because of a severe lowering of my income (which is starting to go up, but not fast enough), that I'm not sure what else to do. I did check into a couple of the credit counseling places, where they work with your creditors to lower payments, etc., but the amount they needed per month minimum was more than I could pay right now. At least by getting an attorney on my side, I can tell my creditors to leave me alone and talk to the attorney.

My plans are to get the bankruptcy taken care of, continue to build my caseload (and thus my income), and stay out of debt.

Zorro decided to skip out of my life after he was at my place for dinner. And no, my dinner wasn't THAT bad ... never heard from him again after that day. And that was in March.
