The gals are both in middle school this fall so it's time -- I'm a headhunter so finding a gig isn't a huuuuuuuuuge challenge but it's great to know there are people who actually remember me and think well enough to actually 'court' me.

Scary, tho. Change is very scary to me now.

9. I think the thing to remember is

that it is never smooth. What I mean by that, when you stay at home you wish you had more money and/or a creative or professional outlet. And when you work, you want more time at home. It DOES get easier when they jump out of the nest.

My most specific advice is make a lot of soups and things you can put in the crockpot and come home to. My day always fell apart right around the time I realized nothing was thawed for dinner and then it was fast food or restaurants, which ate up the profits!
