When I saw the pic, my first guess was iced tea. On closer inspection, there's no ice. And tea does not leave the foam. When you see something that looks like beer in a beer glass leaving foam like beer, what could it be?

I don't begrudge him the beer, of course, it just proves him a liar yet again.
