ordered her back to jail for FORTY FIVE days.

"It's not right!" "MOM!"

She was wailing out loud, while being dragged from the courtroom.

Photos on TV of her throwing a tantrum in the back seat of the cop car.

Couldn't fucking BELIEVE it when I heard that. Was planning a big bash at her house tonight (booze and other substances presumably flowing freely). Yeah, that house arrest is really harsh.

She needs to sit on her bony little ass for a few weeks until the reality check filters through all that peroxide.

and treat it like a vacation.

You get fed decent food, you are in a cell with no other inmates, you get to bathe and lie around in a comfy jumpsuit for a twenty-three days and take the visitors you want to see?? And you don't get all those bothersome phone calls from your hangers-on and bombarded by paps everytime you walk outside?

You'd have a bonafide excuse not to be at work...

What's the downside of this exactly?

19. It made a joke of the judge's ruling...
which I'm certain pissed him off.

She spent the two weeks leading up to her incarceration walking around with bibles, pretending to have found religion and all that...

And then the day she's released because of a "medical condition" she plans a soiree? That was NOT what she should have done, if she wanted to stay out of jail.

She's really stupid, isn't she?

52. Is that the sheriff?
Yeah, refusing to act in accordance with the court orders re her sentence, to be served IN JAIL, not at home, not electronically monitored.

All of this was on the order. Yet the sheriff completely disregarded the order...and when Paris was ordered yesterday to be in court today, in PERSON, by the judge, the sheriff told her that she could just phone in.

What's wrong with this guy??

She started tic-ing and jerking during the pronouncement. Then crying and screaming as she was dragged out of the courtroom.

I think it just goes beyond her comprehension that SHE is going to have to actually serve the time for breaking the law.

And she's being taken straight from court back to Lynwood.

Crazy day in LA court.

Greta Van Susteren is saying that Paris is "sick and needs medical attention. She needs to see a doctor."

From the pundits, it's that he's angry that she thinks that the rules do not apply to her. And that he ordered her to appear in court this morning, but she didn't, so he had to send out deputies to pick her up.

She's a privileged little snot IMHO.

and she did not show up. So the deputies had to go pick her up. The sheriff told her that she could attend over the phone, which was NOT his call--it was the judge's. So the judge ordered her picked up at home, since she was late for court (because she chose to listen to the sheriff instead of the judge--very stupid of her).

I it were me, and the judge ordered me to be in court, I wouldn't check with the sheriff for his opinion. I'd be in court. An hour early.

What I'm getting from all of this is that it's turning out to be a pissing contest between the sheriff and the judge. The sheriff made decisions that weren't his to make, in direct opposition to the court orders.

I do see your point, though. And I think that it's only going to ge wackier.

This is a fucking SCREAM. Listen to this guy off camera "react" to the news that Paris is going back to jail. I swear, it's not me ... but it's something I would have done.
