It was knocked down to 23 because people believed you were repentant.

Then came this house arrest stuff, plus your desire to PHONE in your reasons to the judge? You couldn't speak to him eye to eye?

You had a good 23 day deal, which is a lot more special than what most non-famous people get.

You blew it.

Please don't drink and drive or violate parole next time. It's only going to get worse from here on out.

And you're LUCKY because of your fame. Fame you'll no doubt cash in on about 46 days from now, but that's just my cynicism talking. It also seems sick to turn a self-imposed tragedy into a money making scheme, but that's been done time and time again by other people who shouldn't have.
