One scenario looking good for right now is that Benny caps Phil Leotardo at a gas station.

Same sources are also saying Tony and Paulie take care of Butchie a little while later.

A lot of word has leaked about a scene shot at an ice cream parlor w/ Tony, Carm, Meadow and AJ. Looks like it could be the closing scene which means Tony makes it through the episode alive.
