Video Game Players- Has your file ever been corrupted? |
|
I was 87 percent through with Spyro: A Hero's Tail, and went to finish it yesterday and I got a file is corrupted message and had to start all over again. Drat. It took me quite awhile to get to that 87 percent. Drat, Drat, Drat.
It's funny I was never really into Video games, although I did play some Pac Man and Space Invaders in college, then my older sister introduced me to Spyro a few years back on Play Station and I am totally addicted to it. I also play P.C. games on Pogo and MSN. Hey it keeps me from dwelling too much on the depressing state of the world. At least in those games, I can save it.

1. I had that happen once or twice with my Game Cube games |
|
It was just the file on the card that was bad, kind of like a corrupt file on a disk or something.
I like playing video games but I rarely finish. I usually come close and then the final challenge is too difficult so I give up. Or, more typically, I get stuck halfway through, like in the Metroid Prime games.
I have never played many PC games, although I did finish Myst and Riven. Myst 3 I never finished. Most PC games required such expensive graphics cards that I never bothered to upgrade my PC.
I do cheat a lot at video games though. LOL

2. I buy the cheat books for Spyro |
|
other wise I would never win. I have finished a few of them but this Hero's Tail is hard.
It was only my file that was corrupted too and not the whole card. My sister said maybe I should buy another card and keep a back up copy. LOL.
