Cathy's Cooking Tip For The Day
Do not, repeat, NOT pour boiling potato water over the back of your hand.

We now return you to your regularly scheduled programming.

7. Hope its not too bad
Gah! Thats one of my worst fears in "the lab."

Worst fear.. forgetting that you cant simply reach in deepfrier or into sizzling pan with bare hands.

You are ok though, right?

10. I'm okay - just some redness that stings a little.
There's no blistering or anything. I did run cold water over my hand as soon as I registered that I had poured boiling water on it.

What an idiot! :eyes:

On a positive note, the potatoes were delicious. :)

Thanks guys!
