What's for Dinner, DU?
I will be splitting some sweet Italian sausages open, crumbling and then frying them up, then setting them aside and cooking minced garlic and onion in the sausage drippings, cooking thick spaghetti and tossing it with olive oil, adding the sausage and vegetables, and topping with parmesan. Maybe a spinach salad too. :)

What's for dinner at your house? :hi:

18. Of course I don't mind.
Litigation paralegal at the moment, but badly want to go back to teaching college-level English. I'm seriously considering some overlap with that and ESL, probably out of the country for a year or two.

57. Yup, it was stir-fry.
But freakin' yummy stir-fry. Thank goodness for Trader Joe's and their bag of pre-cut stir-fry veggies--dinner took 10 minutes to fix.

I may bug you for details as I get closer to making a decision about teaching English overseas. When I was in grad school, I worked in our writing lab, and spent a lot of time tutoring foreign students. I was always blown away with how hard they worked to learn the language (especially when compared to the slackers I taught in remedial comp).

52. Various groups get together and paint the homes of people who are unable to do so themselves.
It's similar to a program run in the fall, when people get together to rake leaves, clean up lawns, and help elderly/infirm/disabled citizens get their yards and homes ready for winter.
