it's one of the proper production runs, etc. I meet all the requirements except one thing: the siding is in perfect shape. Sometimes when I work on the house, I secretly tell the siding, "Rot, damn you. Rot!", but it's in really good shape.

and this guy will come out and see if you qualify. According to this one guy I am working with, condition doesn't matter, because at some point, you will have to replace it.

but the only thing you got was like 2-3 months of Netflix service. And since it takes forever for you to get their DVD that's a pretty shitty deal
