I got a Job....I GOT A JOB!!!!

Been looking for a while for an entry level position at a hospital. Just got hired today...effective Friday.

I'm a Nurse Tech (until I graduate from school) at the local hospital, pay starts @ $9/hr...Most I've ever made while working. lol. I am so excited. I can't wait to start.

No benefits yet. I'm just prn, translate to when needed/part-time. But, I will take your advice to heart.

Went out and bought uniforms today. ( I LOVE thrift shops!)

10. I'll get a raise in August..

up to $9.50/hr. It's just fifty cents, but hey that's more than I have ever made.

Even if the pay sucked, originally it did, I want to do this for the experience. I'm still in nursing school (graduation May 2008) and I really need the experience.
