Radio Lady Discusses: HBO's "Big Love" -- Actress blogs "in character"????
Edited on Thu Jun-14-07 01:26 PM by Radio_Lady
While going around the internet today, I saw HBO's web page carries a blog written by an actress, Ginnifer Goodwin -- and written in the character she plays on the show, Margene, the third wife of Bill Henrickson.

This is the first time I've ever heard of that!

Do you know of any other performers who do this?

Here's a link to the page for Big Love.

Thanks in advance,

Radio Lady

2. I totally agree... people are responding to her "fiction" with their own stories.
Amazing... it's like the fake websites that are set up by the studios when a film is released. I can't remember which movies did this, but there were a few.

This is taking the interaction with the public to a new fictional level.

3. I don't know if it is actually Rainn Wilson
but Dwight Schrute from The Office also has a blog on the NBC Web site.

I think it is an interesting way to try to get people to connect with characters on a show. Even if hopefully no one finds themself connecting to Dwight.
