7. That was a couple years before I learned about petitions.

I circulated a number of petitions in elementary school, much to the displeasure of our principal.
I distinctly recall one trying to eliminate "listening to classical music time" in music class, and another regarding the lunchroom aides retrieving uneaten fruit from the trash cans in the cafeteria and feeding said items to the kindergarteners. I think the latter petition really SHOULD have had some teeth...
