But don't buy it on the street. That's definitely frowned upon by the authorities. Tell him to look out for the coffee shop "Smokey". It's laid back and friendly. At least it was when I was there. I was a little stoned, though.

I was smoking joints in the gay bars there. People put the joints out in ashtrays and leave them like cigarette butts.
