Sigh...

For those not aware, a typical garbage plate is 2 hot dogs or burgers over some sort of starch (generally a form of potatoes or mac salad), fries on top of that, and swimming in gravy. Many times it also has cheese, as well. It's a guaranteed heart palpatation within 10 minutes of eating.
