AMAZING recipes! Seriously. We got this book a couple of months ago, and while I've only had about 6 or 7 kinds so far, each one has been a huge hit, even among my friends who would never eat something that is vegan, if you know what I mean. I don't know if it has red velvet, but it might, and if not the other recipes are SOOOOO worth it.

'Caring.' He cared about me a lot when I was a kid. Like the time he thought I didn't wash behind my ears he held my head underwater for a long time to make sure they got clean. That was last week actually. Or that time I had to repeat the 4th grade again I was so upset I could not sleep. So Dad gave me a whole bottle of sleeping pills and a jug of Jack Daniels to wash it down. What a swell guy!
