Both of my large burners went out at separate times. Went to the fixit shop and bought a new controller to see if that was the problem. Put it in yesterday and it worked, YEAH. Went back today to get one for the other burner. Put it in, plugged the stove back in, turn the dial. Big spark and a loud pop. Take the panel off the back again and see that part of the new controller blew out. So I spent $90 on parts and still have to go buy a new stove.

Sometimes you can't win for losing. At least you get a nice new stove. Bright side I guess.
