While I would have stayed with Best Buy (their service plan contracts are probably the least expensive and most likely to be used due to the length of time they cover), I've seen wallyworld's prices and they won't be driving out BB any time soon. (the costs are not really lower than BB's for their low-end products, and the extended warranty - a must for any LCD or plasma set - is a pitiful 2 years and cannot be renewed.)

high quality anything is better than a mediocre quality something else. Always go for quality. My opinion only. Why have a big crappy TV sitting around?

Last summer I found a 19" color Magnavox in a dumpster in my apartment complex.
All it needed was a wiping down and a $5.00 universal remote - works perfectly for the little I watch. :)
