Do you spread your germs when you have a cold? |
|
I haven't had a cold in over ten years, but this morning I woke up with a doozy. I used to just follow my normal schedule with a cold. I'd go to work, go to social activities, etc. Since then, though, people have become more health conscious and don't want to be near you when you're sick.
I have some volunteer work to do tomorrow with about 40 other people and I don't know if I should go or stay home. What would you do?

1. I recently looked this up... |
|
and I am going from memory here, but if I remember correctly...
While you are not contagious the entire time, I believe you are the first few days before and after the first appearance of symptoms. Might be best to stay home.
Hope you feel better soon.

3. What I do depends on how I feel |

Let's face it, staying home is not always an option. And people are WAY more paranoid about germs than they really need to be.
Take something to suppress the symptoms, if you can and go about your day. That seems to work for me.
