Some of you may remember that my dog ate my glasses on Monday. Stupid dog...
I had a two/three-year old pair of glasses around, but they were an OLD prescription, and weren't bifocals, like I have now. So, my distance vision was OK but reading was sort of out of the question. I was able to use large fonts on my computer all week to get by, but I couldn't really read a book, had a slight headache all week, and walking made me sorta dizzy.
So, went to Lenscrafter's today and got new glasses. I had to get a new exam, because my old prescription "expired" (wtf?), but after a few hours and a few hundred dollars, I can see again!
