The Bloody Mary Is The Perfect Sunday Morning Breakfast |

especially when it contains "Spicy V8 Juice"
I state this a simple fact. Don't try and dispute it because you can't.

1. I guess it might be if you are suffering from a case of the night befores |

In my case a Grande Burrito Fajita from La Hacienda Grande is the perfect Sunday morning feast. Fajita style beef, onions, green peppers, and tomatoes wrapped in a large burrito shell swimming in melted white cheese. Add Cholula sauce generously and serve with a side of refried beans.

5. Nothing like a big BM in the AM. Starts the day off correctly. |

I will admit, however, that there have been a few mornings in my life where I started off with OJ and Champagne--or better yet--Good Champagne with Framboise drizzled into it...
Back in the day, any of these were followed by a :smoke:
Add Eggs Benedict and fresh fruit, and these will set the tone for a very nice day.

The SOteric Clan has long believed this true. The standard family gathering on Christmas and Easter morning is always celebrated with Quiche Lorraine and Bloody Marys.
I'm going to point out at this time that compared to some of the folks I read about on DU, the SOteric Clan is a pretty close, reasonably happy family. I'm not saying that this fact is attributable entirely to the tradition of getting 'liquored-up' together at breakfast; but I'll bet it doesn't hurt.
