and that one had more laughs.

The reviews were scathing. I think they called it the worst movie of the year.

8. i like steve carrell- we saw him in a play in chicago over 15 years ago...
and have been kinda following his career since- he's very talented.

4. It was a pro-environment movie...
if you want to promote a cause, you have to speak the idiot's language. If you want to show that there's a hypocrisy tying religion and business, you have to speak in a religious language.

Unfortunately those of us who aren't religious can't get past the religious language. So let's assume that the message isn't directed toward us, k?

6. Religious groups have been giving away tickets, so that doesn't surprise me...
I thought Bruce Almighty was pretty irreverent, not really religious. This explains a lot about what I didn't understand.
