Can anyone recommend a web-hosting service?

I'm struggling with one now with whom I've had an account for a couple of months. I've been unsuccessful at uploading a FrontPage file (I've only been dabbling at it, but I need to "get serious" here soon). I've sent helpdesk requests but haven't found them too helpful. So I'm looking around for another web-hosting service that may be a little easier to understand and use.

Any suggestions?

1. Homestead has a pretty good WYSIWYG program

3. Avoid Frontpage like the plague.

What a horrid program.

Personally I'm juts mooching my friend's Yahoo hosting, designing everything in Dreamweaver, and uploading via FTP.

I've taken workshops in Dreamweaver and found it quite usable. I'm open to any other page-design package, though.

12. I have used netfirms in the past..

I never had any problems with them but I switched to https://www.nearlyfreespeech.net/ instead.

If you go through the link below you can get your first year at netfirms for $10.

And they support Frontpage Extensions. And I would also suggest to run away from Frontpage as quickly as possible.

Even an idiot like me can figure it out and I never have a problem with anything. Of course, my site is not very complicate. It costs me about $35 per year with this guy.
