Then begins probation. Nervous about that and all, but I'll be so happy not having to face the judge every month anymore. Now I can start working on getting everything transferred and moving back to WA! :)

despite all the bullshit you had to go through, that is may be the best thing that has happened to you. This is a big kick in the ass for you, and hopefully, it made you realize that maybe you weren't hanging with the right crowd and you weren't going down the path that was intended for you. But it's never too late to change your lifestyle and choices.

Start small and don't underestimate yourself. You are a talented, creative, intelligent human being. I know you can make something positive happen from all of this. Now go make us proud. :hug: :pals:

5. I received 5 yrs probation

and they released me after 3yrs. I started working 2 jobs and showed them my pay stubs every visit. I never received a drug test and I was allowed to drink alcohol. I think the trick is too stay busy. If you have a lot of idle time, the probation officer is going to worry about you. If you show them you can be responsible and productive, they have a big work load and you'll be the least of their worries.
