2. Does that mean College?
So College students have to take drug tests and that way the government will save some money on student loans.

4. I don't know why they always want drug tests
Such tests are a clear invasion of privacy and a unwarranted search and seizure. It is bad enough that businesses have adopted such tests for employment. Schools are public institutes that students are required to attend. Isn't a danger of drugs suppose to be that it could make students less motivated and do poorly in school? They react by punishing students and making them want to drop out of school. How smart? Why don't we test for STDs while were at it and punish those students for immoral behavior as well?
If there is an indictaion of a problem, get the kid help. If the student is not having a problem, why be suspicious of them?

5. You all do realize that if he applies mandatory testing to ALL students
that it will affect the children of all political parties and people of all races. I don't think this one is going to fly.

17. No, just kids whose parents are too poor to afford private school

There will be some white students affected, but the segregation academies are pretty good about helping out right-thinking white parents who might be a little short of cash.

9. Children should NOT have to go through such bullshit...
like mandatory drug tests. I tell you what, if I had kids and they were in school, I'd refuse to have them take the drug tests. That is a clear violation of privacy.

What is the point of those drug tests anyways????

16. Chimpy would have to cheat in order to pass an IQ test
He would be the first person in the world to get a negative grade on an IQ test.
