Which should be a lesson to us all.

12. Well, to be serious for a moment |
|
The only one who was really into the hallucinogenics was Syd (another lesson for all of us :( ). The rest of the band wasn't really into drugs much - mostly alcohol. That's one of the things about both Monty Python and Pink Floyd - people think they must have been all drugged up to write the stuff they did but actually they were very disciplined artists for the most part (Graham Chapman was a drunk, admittedly but they didn't go overboard on drugs). If you really listen to the music or the Python sketches, you can see that they're very carefully crafted which doesn't indicate a lot of messing about with the old substances - that's for all of us who enjoy them. :smoke:

14. "what makes the muskrat guard his musk?" |
|
Courage.
Birds do it. Bees do it. Even muskrats do it. Why don't we do it?
Fall in love that is.
Muskrat Sam is an inspiration to us all!
