16. On a day that you were at the DMV doing something non-standard

and the air conditioning was off and between the ignorance of the workers and the constant break taking and them consistently sending you to the wrong windows for forms, you had to deal with eight different people, having to tell them your whole story every time and hearing "ooh... that's tricky to do". And then they had your car ticketed for being "abandoned" in the parking lot because it was there for six hours, and there's a two hour limit on parking.
