Stew on a Summer Night... |

I've got a nice beef stew in the oven...
And why, on a warm summer's evening?
Because it's difficult for my husband to eat with his left hand...
And these bite-sized pieces will be a snap for him!
That's why!
Besides, it's yummy.......:9

I actually enjoy stew on the second day, after the flavors have had a chance to meld. And then it is real tasty, even at room temperature.

I usually think of it as a winter dish........
