late supper

thinly sliced chicken breast poached with balsamic vinegar, bay, basil and rosemary, thick slices of homegrown tomatoes, and mozzarella, on fresh sliced french bread. a sprinkle of salt and a few drops more balsamic vinegar. yum.

I can smell those herbs and taste the tomato. I am thinking about toasting up a veggie burger right about now. I had soup earlier and I'm kind of hungry again. :hi:

it usually involves cans and the microwave.
