on top of a whole kettle of mess that my life is in right now is an ex-boyfriend back in my life. Part of me is happy but part of me feels that this is the stupidest thing I could ever do.

8. My brain knows what to do but

my heart is resisting. It's making me miserable, clearly, when I'm waking up at 5 am panicked and having trouble breathing. I guess I know what I need to do but I'm such a damned optimist (things will be different THIS time)...but they really won't. Aw fuck.
