Four days, no high speed internet (a series of problems at Comcast). Had to resort to AOL. Finally, finally, problems are fixed and I'm back in the fast lane!!!!!!

that you can call them about all the down time you had and they WILL credit your account, but ONLY if you call them on it.
Comcast here in CA has been really sucky lately, too. DOwn, gone, back up and repeat repeat repeat...

11. Yup, I did know that, and they had already credited me for three |

days (without my asking). Today was day 4, so when I talked to them today, and finally got the service back, I did ask for another day's credit, and they gave it to me, no problem.
I know some of the problems they were having were nationwide, and some were localized. Everyone I talked to there over the past few days (and I talked to a number of people) was really nice. I'm sure they have been inundated with calls and complaints, and more than a few mean, crabby customers, but they didn't let it get to them.
