What's my problem? Why can't I figure out how to posts pics?

I've even read the FAQ! There is a kitten picture in my "My Pictures" file that is screaming to be posted!

1. do you have a photobucket account?

2. Problem is that you can't directly upload from your computer.

The picture has to be hosted on a web service like photobucket, flickr, etc. Then you'll be able to link it from there.

Photobucket is easiest, just go to http://www.photobucket.com, open a new account and upload your picture there - then use the link it gives you to post here.

6. It automagically converts the url to the code needed for a image.

You can always hit the preview button to make sure it worked.

posting a pic won't work without posting the link

to post a pic from a website, right click, go to properties and get the url of the pic, and highlight it, copy it, then post it in a post.
