Are you sick of this frickin rain yet? 5 inches today and it is still pouring. I feel as desperate as last year during the drought, the feeling that the earth has turned evil against us:scared:

1. Typical. Either we get no rain or too much.

God hates Texas, I'm sure of it. ;)

2. Not sick of it yet

but I might be in another week or two.

Right now I'm enjoying the cooler weather it has brought with it. Plus the break on the water bill. I haven't needed to water my lawn or garden at all this year.

I've got my AC turned off & the windows open. That is rare for me. I usually turn the AC on in April & it stays on until late Sept. or early Oct.

3. I have HAD IT

I don't remember a completely sunny day without any clouds in Irving since MARCH. I've been in California since June 9th and am dreading leaving this gorgeous sunshine for the constant monsoon. My husband is Pakistani and is going to India at the end of July to give a presentation, then to Pakistan to visit his family for a few weeks. I can't go because "it's monsoon season and you'd hate it." TEXAS IS HAVING A MONSOON!!
