5. Apparently that one is false
<snip>
Susan Lucci
Actor
Susan Lucci began playing Erica Kane on the soap opera All My Children in 1970, with her temptress Erica Kane becoming one of the serial's most popular characters. As the years went by Lucci became famous for something else: being nominated for Emmy Awards without winning. Altogether she was nominated 19 times before finally winning the daytime Emmy for best actress in 1999.
Extra credit: Despite long-running Internet rumors, Susan Lucci is not the daughter of comedienne Phyllis Diller. The two are unrelated... Some sources list her birth year as 1947; Lucci is tight-lipped about her age, but it is known that she graduated from high school in 1964.

Susan Lucci appears with Nostradamus in our loop on Legends of E-Mail.

3. This is a very old list. Some are true and some not.
As for duck's quacks: http://www.snopes.com/critters/wild/duckecho.htm

I'd be very skeptical of this sort of thing.

4. I didn't believe the Susan Lucci one!
I looked both of them up on IMDB with no reference to each other, so I went to snopes!

Claim: Actress Susan Lucci is the daughter of comedienne Phyllis Diller.
Status: False.

SOR-ry! :-)

But I do know that much of the list is pretty accurate and quite entertaining!

11. Good guess, even wood was rationed during WWII and Richard Nixon
...worked in the price controls and rationing department during WWII so the movie industry was lucky to even get plaster.
