1. Was it fun?
Are you getting a "late" start on driving? I had imagined you a bit older than a teenager.

Congrats at any rate! :bounce:

2. I couldn't stop laughing.
I'm eighteen actually, I don't advertise it due to preconceived notions along with ageism.

13. When I took my first DMV test, I cried
when I could not pass.

I flunked "parallel parking," and the testing officer was mean.

He told me I should not be driving because I could not parallel park a big old 1950 Mercury.

I took the test again with a different car.

And passed.

CONGRATULATIONS to you!

9. Yeah...
They're more of a offbeat inspiration for my writing, different kind of art but that's all I can do for now.

18. Nice mix.
I usually use jazz for my writing, but this album has seeped into my brain so much that it comes out in my writing:

Also, I've been playing this one for a bit, and it happens to be one of my favorite albums -- hopefully, I can get some inspiration out of this, too:

19. I go with the sort of rock that's toned down into a sort of lullabye.
It calms my caffeine tea drinking hyperness down into the crazy ideas.

20. Do you listen to it while you write?
I do sometimes, but I also listen to the same music when I'm not writing so I can get it stuck in my head so that I can draw on it later.

15. Personally...
I'd rather ride my bike. But yeah, I couldn't get to local democratic meetings if I did that.

22. The car you take your driving test in is an important choice.
I failed in a 1972 Belair and a 1965 Cadillac, which are both aircraft carriers with wheels. I eventually passed in - brace yourself for this - a 1969 Camaro.

BTW, these stats make me seem ancient, but I'm only 43. My parents would only get rid of a car when it died for good.

Of course, cars like these aren't on the road these days, but take the test in the smallest car you can. It makes a difference.

Now for the question: in your lesson, did the instructor have the override steering wheel and brakes on the passenger side?
